Shipping Information

Orders placed on a business day before 17:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

All packages are carefully packed and shipped with insurance.

Note: Our shipping address differs from our return address due to security procedures.

Delivery Time

• Within the Netherlands and Belgium: usually 1 business day after shipment.

• Rest of Europe: usually 3 to 4 days.

Delays caused by external providers may occur; we will keep you informed in such cases.
