Terms and Conditions – Fiorenza Luxury Vintage

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Fiorenza Luxury Vintage.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products
Fiorenza Luxury Vintage sells authentic luxury designer vintage bags.
As these are vintage products, signs of wear may be present. These are described and/or shown as accurately as possible.
All products are carefully inspected for authenticity and quality.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped.
Fiorenza Luxury Vintage reserves the right to change prices.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are carefully packed and shipped.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
Special transport or delivery arrangements can be made upon request.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns
Due to the exclusive and vintage nature of the products, items can be exchanged unless otherwise agreed.
Returns are only accepted if agreed in writing.
Products must be returned in unchanged condition.

6. Liability
Fiorenza Luxury Vintage is not liable for indirect damages.
Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Fiorenza Luxury Vintage has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.

8. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, and content on the website are the property of Fiorenza Luxury Vintage and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
